Item Consulting
It is expected that you will have an idea of what items you would like to have included in your sale, and that they be in one general area (i.e., garage, storage shed) for us to sort and price. However, if you need assistance in deciding on which items to sell and/or help gathering items, we can assist you with this! Do you need assistance getting items from a storage unit or another residence? We can help! This service is considered extra, and is not included in the Full Service Package. Add this service call for an associated fee quote.
Item Sorting
Prior to sale day, we will sort items in preparation for the sale. Estate sales are easier to navigate and more profitable when like items are grouped together (all clothing together, all books together, etc.).
Item Photo Gallery
We will photograph and promote certain items which will be featured in our online promotions and print advertisements to attract visitors from unique demographic groups and to attract as many collectors and buyers as possible.
Item Pricing
Prior to the sale, we will price items in preparation for the sale. People tend to buy more things at estate sales when the items are clearly marked with a price. All items will be individually priced or priced by category (such as, all books are $1.00). As the client, you can have as little or as much input in pricing items, as you would like! Please let us know prior to the sale if you require a minimum price for any of the items in your sale.
Advertising
Beginning one week prior to the sale, we will advertise your sale locally. At no additional cost, your sale will be advertised on a variety of free online classifieds services. If you wish to have a paid advertisement in the Austin American Statesman or other media, we will gladly coordinate with the outlet, but you will be responsible for paying for the ad.

On the evening prior to the sale, we will place signs around your neighborhood per HOA guidelines. Having clear signs directing drivers to the sale is the best way to attract buyers!

Set-Up
We will set up all items for the sale. This service can be performed the evening before if preferred. Please let us know in advance if you will be unavailable to assist with carrying very heavy items on garage sale day (i.e., sofas, armoires, etc.).
Working the Sale
We will promote your items, assist shoppers with questions, and get the most money for your items as possible. We will handle all payment transactions.
You can be as involved or uninvolved in the sale activities as you would like!
Removal of Unsold Items
At the conclusion of the sale, there will undoubtedly be items that did not sell. As a service, we will package unsold items and will either bring them to the charity of your choice or arrange for the Salvation Army to come pick up the items.
Post-Sale Sales
If valuable items did not sell during the actual sale, but you would still like us to sell, we can continue listing them for an additional fee. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional transaction fees. This service is offered as an extension of the full service Estate Sale percentage of 60%. If the items do not sell within 14 days, the items will either be returned to you or delivered to the charity of your choice.
