RATES

Austin Premier Estate Sales is a percentage-based fee company. We earn a percentage of the value of the items that we sell for you. That means we don't make money unless you do!

Because each sale is unique, our percentage varies from sale to sale. We base our percentage on:

• The estimated value of the contents on the sale
• The volume of items that comprise the sale
• The number of Sales Representatives that will be needed to prepare and work the sale
• The estimated number of work hours needed to prepare the sale
• The location of the sale
• Any additional requests and/or circumstances
