Evaluations

• We will first have a telephone consultation to discuss the range of items you would like to sell, as well as which specific services you need. If our company is the right fit for your needs, then we will gladly schedule an in-house consultation.
• During the in-house consultation, we will view the anticipated contents of your sale and will take extensive photographs and notes on these items. This allows us to do the necessary research to determine their value. We will also determine a percentage-fee and set the date for your sale during the in-house consultation.
• When necessary, Austin Premier Estate Saleswill bring in appraisers and/or specialists to determine the value of unique or highly valuable items.
